Hey you-all. Im selling two of my properties in the same complex, out of town......Two questions. Should I use the same realtor for both. And, how should I find this or these Realtors if I am not familiar with any there? Thanks.

Only list 1 and wait in the weeds on the other....Hope for 2 offers and FIZBO the second one.

Whether you FIZBO or not, I wouldn't put up 2 properties in the same complex at the same time. Poor optics.

Only the crooked/bent ones. The nice ones I put on display to drive the price up....
