And at the top of the pile world wide is the Vancouver bubble.
Actually, I think the top of the pile is probably the US government...

mAYBE. Or maybe the GOP overplayed their hand and now they're responsible for this, which plays right into Obama's hand.
Redistribute consumption, not income.

That's a good one, on a world scale I don't think the Vancouver Bubble is going to get much of a mention, probably won't even make the top 100 ...

Markets are plunging world wide. Many of us have been saying this all year.

GFC2 is on the way. Its not just recession fears. Its sovereign debt fears.

Stocks plunge on recession fears

And comes down to one major issue. Too much debt, world wide.

Last ten years in particular governments and individuals have borrowed way too much.

And at the top of the pile world wide is the Vancouver bubble.

Comparing average house prices to average income your now sitting at 11x.

It should be less then 4. It was probably always going to take a massive public plunge of public confidence to shake the sellers and buyers in Vancouver.

Too many years of vancouver real estate cool aid.

And away we go.

I'm still trying to figure out his angle. Why does a so-called property developer from some podunk town in Australia care about BC real estate. This I do not get. He has to have some kind of angle but what it is I can't quite figure out

His geographic knowledge of BC is interesting, but his economic knowledge is way off eg. Kelowna comparable to Nanaimo?
He`s just a Tom Vu dropout. Nobody with buying experience would talk like him. No Developer would acquire a piece of land without knowing costs to buildout (approx) I know most people on this board have figured him out. It`s really starting to get quite pitiful.

I have to go and take dictation now from Ozzie LMAO

Still a few years away until TSHTF in China. I expect RE prices to peak there 1-2 years before then, say 2013. Looks to be a long painful process. Oh, are they still predicting rate rises later this year? lol
