Again, buy the home not the stats - there are deals out there. Bears might just be missing yet another correction.
the cure for higher prices is moving to a destination with lower prices

i'm sure it's land value. 2013 there'll be a new home on this lot.

Seems steep. Thought 33' would go for 750 - 800K in the area.
might be a bit rich - maybe a bit more for corner lot.

If bears thought it was rich in 2009 - they aren't going to buy into a "correction" in 2012 where the correction is taking us to late 2011.
