This is R5 zoning, which does allow a duplex with lot width >=60ft.

- Typical single family requires 15m minimum width (~49ft), so no dice on the two lot idea.

Having said that I am :D :D seeing the market prices in that area !!

Yep, that is serious dough.
Could you imagine buying that property, 35 years ago or so?
It was probably worth $90K back then.
Now at this point in time, it's worth around 15 times more!!!

Yep, take the money and run.... except what are you gonna do with the money? :lol:

$1800 for 2 bedroom basement suite? Has rent gone up that much for basement suites? I remember with $800 was considered premium pricing not too long ago.

At the open for 7 E.21st that I mentioned upthread, they claimed their 1 bedroom bsmt suite rented for $1800! It was totally reno'd and nice, but only half the basement. BTW anyone know if that property sold? Overpriced IMHO even for lot value but that area is very hot right now.

It would take me a lifetime to work and earn 1 million let alone buying this house and having enough for food on the table, expenses and bills.

It would take me a lifetime to work and earn 1 million let alone buying this house and having enough for food on the table, expenses and bills.

Buyers throwing around so much money for housing here. Where does it all come from?
