this is the most ridiculous thing i've ever heard.

it's like those idiots that say if there is some sort of turmoil all chinese property owners will all pull out of the market at the same time collapsing the market. i doubt this. in fact, more people will move here to live in a safe haven

the difference is in China the cities are not getting property taxes from those empty homes
