... Any? Any what?.... Oh you must've meant anyone!......Any notice how many sloppy listing advertisements there are on MLS.
Red Lantern:... Any? Any what?.... Oh you must've meant anyone!......Any notice how many sloppy listing advertisements there are on MLS.
Well why didn't you say so? In your haste to ridicule someone else with this thread that you started, you just ridiculed yourself.....
...yes, me too. But consider this, many of the realtors who Red Lantern is picking on have only recently learned the English language. So yes, it would be nice if your agent is a great salesperson and can spell too, but I think a certain amount of tolerance should be in order.I'll take a realtor who can't spell over one who can't sell any day.
Why I'm even bothering with this I don't know but.....
Dang, whip you got me there once again! Just goes to prove your a mighty fine retail, detail oriented and can close a sale over asking - you da man!
.... sorry, you are not making any sense. I inserted some words in () as a possible suggestion to make your incomplete sentence make more sense.Yet when they calculate their commission (I) bet it is not (out) by (more than) a penny.
I would think BC property investors would be somewhat sceptical if the maths were actually correct. If you need one of them "calculators" to 'splain it...I have seen a lot of listings where a Realtor needs to do basic math as well.
That watermelon must have seriously injured that woman. OMG.
...hey Red Lantern, been there done that huh?
That's goes for you and the rest of your Crash'trd buddies....
Ok follow my lead men, when I toss my tear gas canister that'll cause confusion. Then we'll charge!!!!
