Well got my 2014 assessment here in the beautiful Kootenays and it went up a little bit . Unlike the big cities Assessments here go up/down a few thousand every year. So now i can go ahead and keep trying to sell my home without a Realtor. I am thinking about going with Propertyguys.com along with the 20 plus ads i have at the moment on free listing sites on the internet to sell my home . Listed at $11,000 under the assessment value. Someone out there must want a half acre property with mountain views 30 minutes out of the city.

Yep, I am sure there are. Some lucky buyer is out there.
