wow, just think of it. Some lucky real estate owner made a 900% gain on a property they held since 2002, that's around 11 years ago. Fawk. Was an agent involved? If so I bet he made a lot of commi$h!

900% sounds a tad suspicious, was it re-zoned or was it owned by a friend of a politician involved in the purchase decision? Something ain't right about that deal but hey, it's only tax payers money so who cares?

Yes. It was rezoned, the whole Grandview Heights area was rural in 2002...Not even on Sewer.

I dunno. The Olympic Village developers probably made out all right too and that one was absolutely, positively and completely above the board.
