Re: Property prices dropping

it all comes down to the fact that sellers DO NOT need to sell. so they let it sit on the market if they have to. What kind if moron is so arrogant that he not only claims to speak for all sellers, he thinks anyone believes it? Oh, it's DAB. I believe. I also believe that a large percentage of peep...

Re: Post Horton era Poll

Just because you say something semi intelligent now and then doesn't give you the right to be a vandal. Now on any sane forum it's considered par for the course that if you say offensive things or post inappropriate pictures you're barred immediately. Not on Ozzie Jurock's sponsored Realestatetalks...

Re: Foreign Ownership of Metro Vancouver Real Estate

It isn't necessarily a problem with "foreign ownership" it's a problem with capital flows that lead to asset price bubbles. Re: Real Estate Investment Courses?

Thanks for the tip. Out of these courses below offered by Sauder UBC, which do you think is the best to take for a real estate investor? I don't plan on being a mortgage broker or realtor. I just want to learn as much as I can about real estate investing - tips, strategies etc. http://www.sauder.ub...

Re: Vancouver realtor suspended for double dealing

Roshinsky was fined $10,000, forced to complete a remedial education course and suspended for 30-days by the real estate council. What a joke. As if it's going to make him not do things like that again. This tells more about "Real Estate Council of B.C" than about the actual matter at hand. That gu...
