Re: Should the government intervene?

Govt collected soft numbers over a 19 day period that would produce data that minimizes the impact of foreign money. And if the dollar is flat they will buy more because they know that when the dollar does move (either up or down) home prices will ris...

'We are going to end the right of the B.C. real estate sector to self regulate,' Premier says "The real estate sector has had 10 years to get it right and they haven't." http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/british-columbia/christy-clark-real-estate-report-...

Re: Industry standard for Realtor as a buying agent

Is it greed t o want to get paid for your work and recover expenses necessary to do your job? Are you working for free? LOL - in a realtors case, yes it is. Consid...

Re: Should the government intervene?

Only Canadian citizens should be permitted to buy in cities of Vancouver and Toronto. Also, owners to declare income taxes in Canada. Anything less and this gong show will continue. What's wrong with the gong show? Seriously, nothing has changed for 8 years .... all of a sudden people are crying. :...

Re: Should the government intervene?

The only friends / family I know who have done so is by selling their existing home. No outright "n...
