I'm a big believer in the "Geezer Effect", several of my cohort (and I) have already abandoned large single family homes in the burbs in favour of Downtown living, and several more are talking about doing it. I find the proximity to shopping, fine dining, the theatre, beaches, parks and hip surgery...

He did want his child to be born here so he brought his pregnant wife up her to give birth at Children's Hospital.

"PatrickGunville" Definitely will see a shift in wealth from Vancouver to Surrey over the next 20 years. the world just can't wait to buy Surrey for their lovely beaches, parks, fine dining and easy access to the north shore.
