Did I say there was anything wrong with Pemberton? I just figured he could be more comfortable....whether they are like him or not, but at least look like him I actually enjoy partying with Caucasian, they are entertaining, just not the ignorant ...

Hey! Yep still in the game. Unloaded headache rentals on Vancouver Island. Riding Whistler/Pemberton back up. I'm not watching markets as closely as I used to. I definitly got a bit spendy and leveraged beyond my comfort level for a few years, thankfully this worked ...

... is just a guess) I would bet that due to the struggling economy, you are seeing a net migration from the small BC towns to the Cities. Squamish, Pemberton might have some people liquidating and trying to buy in areas like Coquitlam etc.
