awesome deal. Standard size lot, close to (but not bordering) 49th ave
Again, buy the home not the stats - there are deals out there. Bears might just be missing yet another correction.
the cure for higher prices is moving to a destination with lower prices

is that land value? Doesn't look like it based on the price. But the description sure doesn't look like it want's to give much value to the house.

i'm sure it's land value. 2013 there'll be a new home on this lot.

is that land value? Doesn't look like it based on the price. But the description sure doesn't look like it want's to give much value to the house.

If bears thought it was rich in 2009 - they aren't going to buy into a "correction" in 2012 where the correction is taking us to late 2011.
