Would a NDP/Green government bother you?

given that we don't  have majority, i think NDP/Green and Liberal would have to be somewhat aligned with each other anyway.

That's not how it works.

remember when harahomes was trying to convince everyone that market had returned to the top:

6563 Charles St. sold for $3.21M in July 2016.  8,052 sq ft lot and 3 year old home.

6538 Chares St. sold for $3.038M in May 2017. 8,174 sq ft lot and 2 year old home.

So the newer home and a smaller lot sold for 175K less in 9 months.

LOL

Good find! That's why I look at aggregates ...

#7 20699 120B Ave Maple Ridge
$409,900 (Town House)
Sold for $448,000 on the first day.

I know the guy, he said there were so many people that came to view the property and got 7 offer right away. Presented with no subjects and included family photos and a story of why they should sell the house to them.

Seems like demand is huge.

He bought it back in April / 2015 for $285,500

Last home to be sold in that complex was $368,000 in November.

There's always someone buying at the top. Usually a novice frightened by the bull trolls.

From what I was told, it was a young Caucasian family with a 2nd kid on the way who needed more room.

I'm not sure if being a novice or being frightened had anything to do with it.

if you're in the market to buy and you're looking at those numbers it has to be a little depressing
