Thanks for the bearish news. Heritage style, almost 100 year old completely renovated home and only asking mid $800k. This house should have had over 30 offers. And there's only less than a dozen offers? What happened? The bear market is just starting.

im still a bearish on the current market but thats a nice looking house! i can see how this house would appease a wide range of people. multiple offers? sure, why not.. i can easily see why a few parties would be interested. the thing is, even at garage sales, there's bound to be multiple people interested in a certain item. a few items/homes that are quality doesnt change the market much.

it means there are another 8 potential sales on the east side of Vancouver at 850K or near - those people have agents and money ready to spend. If there was anything out there besides Vancouver specials and bungalows they'd have purchased by now. Low inventory = higher prices
