Why do you find it interesting Marco? Personally I find bizarre that its advertised as designed by some named architect when it looks exactly like just every other newish house in this neighbourhood.

Maybe it's been a boring morning for me, I found the picture to be funny.

At the rate things are going I'm surprised they don't charge $3 million for a home in that state :)

looks like a standard typical new home to me. that home can be on the EAST 45th avenue, and it wouldn't stand out. only thing that stands out is the price.

I like the name of the designer "raffaele" (in quotations)

Wow I'm Impressed :o

Are you sure it wasn't Leonardo, or Donatello, or maybe Master Splinter?

seems the builder is in a rush to unload! hard to sell house half complete.

also its a big risk to buy half complete from a small time builder. usually once the contract is signed, the builder starts to cheap out where he/she can (and get away with it). b/c every $100 saved is $100 directly in the pocket of the builder!

Note that this property has two 4's in the street address.

Thus the only people likely to shell out over 3 mil for an ugly POS (rich Chinese) are going to be scared off.

What a turkey. 50% haircut material.

Here's what they are asking 3.2 mil for in Toronto:

People frequently prefer houses that are not complete so they can add their own final touches. Weird, though, that they'd do this with a 'famed' architect. 1/2 built is more of a standard spec house tactic.

They never said he was "famed".

This looks like a spec house to me. This reminds me of what is happening in the world of piano marketing. A Cheap Chinese made piano has the name "Wolfgang Zimmerman" slapped on it, and we are supposed to overlook the awful sound.

Rafael is the guy whose boss could not remember his name......even though he had his name, which he was very proud of, plastered all over his office.....so his co-workers were allowed to laugh about that....but not too hard.....
